These Terms govern chunq.xyz, checkout, Chunq ID, and related services operated by chunq (“Services”). By using the Services or ordering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

access and accounts
You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for account activity. Chunq ID and Shopify customer accounts serve different functions.

products, pricing, and orders
We try to describe products accurately, but screens, materials, finishing, wash, placement, texture, and dimensions can create minor variations. Descriptions, prices, quantities, and availability may change. An order is accepted only when confirmed or fulfillment begins. We may limit or cancel orders for stock errors, payment failure, fraud, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions, limit evasion, or unauthorized resale. Paid canceled orders are refunded to the original payment method. Taxes, shipping, duties, and import requirements apply as shown at checkout or imposed by the destination.

cancellations, shipping, returns, and refunds
Eligible unfulfilled items may be submitted for a cancellation request through the Shopify customer account portal within one hour after purchase. A request is not automatic; production can begin quickly. Delivery dates are estimates. Our Shipping Policy applies. Returns follow our Return and Refund Policy. For multiple deliveries, the 14-day request window begins when the last item is delivered. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

intellectual property and use
Chunq names, marks, artwork, photography, video, garment graphics, text, code, page design, fictional systems, and archive material are owned by chunq or used with permission. No purchase transfers ownership. Without written permission, you may not counterfeit, commercially reproduce, scrape, train on, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative commercial uses from protected content, except where law permits. You may not introduce malicious code, interfere with security, commit fraud, evade purchase limits, or hide automated access.

third parties and privacy
Shopify supplies commerce technology, but chunq is the seller. Third-party providers have their own terms; we are not responsible for services outside our control. Personal information follows our Privacy Policy.

disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and disclaimable implied warranties are disclaimed. Chunq and its personnel, affiliates, licensors, and providers are not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless law requires otherwise. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

general
We may correct errors and update these Terms prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Massachusetts and applicable federal law govern; Massachusetts courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted. Consumers retain mandatory protections and forums under the law of their residence.
